At JAG Hockey, we’ve spent years refining the art of crafting elite athletes. Our proven track record speaks for itself: players trained under our transformative methods consistently rise to new heights. Unlike traditional programs, we reject the “one-size-fits-all” mentality. Our secret? Small-group training designed for precision, personalization, and progress.
We don’t just run drills—we teach.
Speed and repetition mean nothing without technical mastery. Too many players plateau by reinforcing bad habits through mindless, high-paced sessions. At JAG, we slow down to speed up. Every stride, shot, and stickhandle is broken down, corrected, and rebuilt with intention. Our coaches teach the “why” behind every movement, empowering players to own their growth.
No politics. No tryouts. Just development.
This isn’t an ID camp or a scouting showcase. We’re here to create a safe, supportive space where athletes focus solely on skill-building—free from judgment or roster pressures. While our coaches bring competitive team experience, JAG programs exist to equip players, not evaluate them.
Break the cycle. Reignite your potential.
If you’re tired of grinding through the same drills without results, it’s time to train smarter. Join a community where details matter, feedback is immediate, and growth is non-negotiable.
"JAG Hockey Development benefits players of all skill levels. Jeff brings a positive, high-intensity atmosphere to every session. Individuals make significant improvements to their skill and hockey IQ while gaining valuable life lessons"
- Dave Humble
“JAG Hockey Development provides some of the best development that is available for young hockey players looking to work on their skating and edge work. Jeff and the rest of the JAG team are exceptional at motivating and pushing the players for their best efforts in every session and are great at pulling players out of the group to assist them on a one-on-one basis. JAG Hockey Development is my son’s favorite hockey development program, he is always asking when the next JAG program/sessions are happening...”
- Todd Christensen
“Jeff and the entire staff at JAG Hockey have created a terrific atmosphere for parents and players to consider when looking for hockey development. Whether your player/ goaltender is just starting out, or a seasoned vet, JAG has developed a plan to get the most out of everyone. The experience and high energy JAG Hockey brings to the ice is a benefit for all who attend their training programs. - Glenn Walker
